Rooms were clean up to date, beds comfy. Breakfast good could use some variety with some of the selections. A little worried about the elevator? But other than that good lodgings.
Overall, it was a good stay. When we first arrived, the room was very musty and the toilet had flushing issues. All of the issues were resolved though. We have stayed at this location many times throughout the years to visit family. All of our stays have been wonderful. I would definitely recommend this motel.
Our double queen room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds were comfortable and we all had a good night’s sleep. The hotel overall was pretty clean and up to date. The breakfast selection was not great and things in the breakfast area did not feel super clean or organized, but it was fine.
Had a wonderful experience staying here I would definitely recommend it again beds are nice rooms are great staff is very friendly it's was just a good stay all around..
Really good parking for big trucks. Very nice people and very good service . Excellent plac stop by next time your in new castle . Good food near as well..
I definitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will come back and stay again when in the area. Hot breakfast was a plus for saving us some money! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making us feel welcomed!
The staff there were the very best. They were professional on all levels and if I needed anything they went out of their way to get it without thinking twice. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and they have a good variety to choose from. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and smelled so fresh. After a long day it was nice to go out to the pool and cool off, which the pool was very clean and lots of seating for everyone. I would 100% recommend this place to others. 5 out of 5 stars
It was fine for the area. It did take us a bit to figure out there were 3 levels of curtains to be able to block the parking lot lights. The rooms were nice sized. The breakfast was fine.
